How do I make a purchase from Fan Code?

  • Login / Register using your email id and password.
  • Select the product of your choice you wish to order. For Apparels, select your size. Refer to the Size chart link on the product page
  • Click on ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed to Check Out and provide all details for the Delivery .
  • Make payment using the available modes of payments.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

What are the modes of payments that you accept?

  • We accept payments through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking
  • We accept cash on delivery for select pincodes. The option will be available on the Shipping page during checkout if your pincode is serviceable for cash on delivery.
  • Your Bank / Card statement would reflect the charge under FanCode / RazorPay.

What is the Fancode Shop Return Policy?

We understand the possibilities of damages or defects. We want all our fans to make purchases with 100 percent satisfaction. So, if you feel that the purchase you made does not satisfy you, we can always arrange an exchange for the same. For details of our Return Policy, click here - Returns and Cancellations

How do I return my product?

If you agree with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Return Policy

  • Click on the "Help" section on the bottom right of Fancode Shop.You can also access the Help section from the FAQ page, Login page or My Accounts.
  • Please fill in the required details along with images of the product which you wish to return.
  • The price tags, brand tags and all packaging should be maintained as is for the Return to be accepted.
  • Our Customer Support team will get in touch with you over email for next steps.


  • Refunds:
  • If the conditions of your order warrant a refund, as decided by the conditions outlined in the terms and conditions page, the refund will be initiated only after the product is received at the warehouse.
  • Your refund amount will be less Shipping charges and any additional shipping charges would be deductible from your total order amount in the case that additional logistics are involved

How do I exchange my product?

  • If you wish to exchange a product,we request you to kindly go through our.Exchange policy in detail, before raising an exchange request.
  • If your ordered product(s) meet the condition(s) mentioned in the link above, we would be happy to exchange your product free of charge.

How to Cancel My Order

You can raise a cancellation of the order, within 48 hours from the time of purchase. Please note, that once the order is processed by the warehouse, no cancellations would be permitted, even if within the said 48 hours. The order will be processed as per the usual procedure and you will have to raise a return request after you’ve received the same.

Where do you ship?

We deliver throughout India, with our logistics partner to all serviceable pincodes.

How long does it take for you to process the order before it is dispatched?

  • It takes up to 48 hours for processing the order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Post dispatch the time taken to reach you would vary depending on your pincode location from our warehouse in Maharashtra

What are the various status of the order?

Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed & getting processed at warehouse

Order Dispatched: Your order is dispatched to your address, you should be receiving it soon.

Order Delivered: Your order is delivered

Order Returned: Your order is returned to the warehouse either due to geographic limitations, 3 unsuccessful attempts by logistics partner or incorrect address. You can get in touch with the customer support team if you wish to have it delivered again. You can also have the order cancelled and we will initiate a refund for the same.

Order Cancelled: Your order can be cancelled due to failed payments, no service pincode location or a cancellation requested by you.

Are there any additional charges for delivery?

  • No, there are no additional charges for deliveries above Rs.499 for pre-paid orders.
  • For orders with value below Rs. 499 we charge a delivery fee of Rs. 49.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders we charge a flat fee of Rs. 50, on top of cart value at checkout

What if my order is delayed?

  • We try our level best to make sure that the order is delivered within 10 working days (not including weekends and public holidays).
  • On some occasions due to any unprecedented situation, the delivery may get delayed, however, rest assured you will receive the same.

How is the refund processed?

  • If you choose for the order to be refunded, we will be happy to process the same on the next working day after we’ve received the product at the warehouse. Usually, the return to the warehouse takes up to 2-3 working days. Once your refund has been initiated, you will receive an email confirming the same.
  • The refund will be made to the original mode of payment and will take up to 7-10 working days for it to reflect in your bank / card account.
  • If you choose to cancel the order and proceed for a refund, we will be happy to process the same on the next working day after we’ve received the product at the warehouse.
